Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping charges from original order. You will be responsible to pay the shipping costs to send back to iDazz.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply send an email to tkozub@idazz.com requesting a return authorization.
Domestic (USA) Shipping
We ship USPS within the USA and offer 3 options:
- $5 flat-rate First-class Mail which takes 3-7 days within the continental US depending on your distance from Cape Cod. When we ship, you will receive a tracking code by email.
- $8 flat-rate Priority Mail which is 1-2 days faster than first class. When we ship, you will receive a tracking code by email.
- $30 Overnight.
- There is also the option of making arrangements to pick up your goodies if you are local to Cape Cod or Wellesley, MA.
Note 12/16/21: Mail is taking longer this time of year. First class mail 5-7 days, priority 2-5. Only guarantee for Christmas arrival is Express Overnight. I will ship orders following day but can not guarantee arrival unless you choose USPS overnight. Free shipping on orders > $100 is First Class. I can't guarantee it will arrive by 24th. Only way to ensure arrival in time is to ship USPS Overnight.
